Another first for the industry is our procurement management software program, "Blue Water" powered by CentralSence. After years of excessive amounts of paper expended on purchase orders and the like, we recognized the need to become more eco-friendly. Blue Water allows clients, project consultants, design teams and accounting staffs the ability to review and approve budgets, specifications, purchase orders, and payment requests electronically, thus eliminating the need to print page after page. Not only is this a more environmentally responsible way of doing business, but it also allows for a much more time-efficient, cost effective way of managing a project.

With Blue Water all information related to an item is at your fingertips. Comments and related documents such as images, shop drawings and approvals are stored electronically with the original item. There is no need to cross reference with email and hard copy documents. Scans of the original documentation, pictures and shop drawings are easily retrieved for review. We are very excited to launch this long overdue, environmentally friendly system.
