In the hospitality, multi-family, and senior living industries, OS&E typically consists of mattresses, televisions, mini-refrigerators, safes, linen, terry, bath amenities, bath accessories, alarm clocks, uniforms, flatware, serveware, smallware, glassware, dinnerware, utensils, banqueting items, housekeeping supplies, stewarding equipment, engineering equipment, small appliances, and other consumables specified by an operations team and sourced by an OS&E purchasing agent.
